 nNYC's only monthly ska party with a tiki twist!\nSeptember is "ska month"
  in NYC\, with many of the Supernova bands coming through\, and we're host
 ing a special Tuesday pre-party to join the fun! This is a special early s
 how\, so we'll have you in bed at at reasonable hour\, promise! All bands 
 done by 10:30!\n\nThis is Monkey's first NYC appearance since 2021 as they
  head down to perform at Supernova\, and I'm super excited to have them st
 op by Skaville!\n\nOur good friends Joker's Republic (Ska Punk Internation
 al recording artists) are come over from NJ to give us their inspiring ska
 -punk sound!\n\nNot From Concentrate will also be coming over from Staten 
 Island to kick things off with their patented "skrunge" sound. We're also 
 celebrating lead singer Margaret's birthday\, so come out early to wish he
 r well!\n\nWe'll also have selections by Tough System (ft. members of The 
 Toughers\, Colombia's rocksteady soul all-stars!)\n\nYour DJ Ryan Midnight
 \, will be hosting and spinning the late set after the bands are done\, fu
 ll of Supernova-inspired tracks!\n\nSet Times:\n\n7:30 - Not From Concentr
 ate\n8:30 - Joker's Republic\n9:30 - Monkey\n\nNon-stop record selections 
 from 7pm to midnight (or later?)!\n\n21+\, and no cover (pay what you can)
 . Please bring cash (or Venmo!) to tip each band you see. Dress to impress
 \, if that's your thing\, and we'll see you on the dance floor!\n\nWant to
