NYC’s only monthly ska party with a tiki twist!

…checks, calendar, and what?! This is the 5th anniversary of Subway to Skaville! What started as a “hey, can I book a show?” experiment has morphed into a monthly tour de force of regional, touring, and even international ska bands!

Headlining, we had to bring you something special to represent New York City, and how can you go wrong with Beat Brigade, who literally helped found the original NYC ska scene! Bring your dancing shoes and grooves, and let’s shake!

Dunia & Aram, also veterans of the NYC ska and reggae scene, once again bring you their heartfelt and heartache songs (and maybe an Agent 99 rendition or two?) with their patented setup.

And opening it all up, we’re pleased as punch to bring you Connecticut’s The Simulators, with brassy lines and melodies. Check out their new single, “Devil”, now!

Our record-slinging partner, DJ Duff Guy, will offer up the main set up on the turntables, and your DJ Ryan Midnight as always hosts and spins the late set after the bands are done.

DJ starts at 8pm, bands play 9pm-midnight sharp!

21+ no cover as always, but please bring cash (or a Venmo account) to tip each band you see. Dress to impress, if that’s your thing, and we’ll see you on the dance floor!
